Amazing Spider-Man Vol 1 #121 (1973): Death of Gwen Stacy - CGC 9.4 OW Pages. I'm not the original owner of the raw comic, but I've owned it for over forty years and it has been stored in smoke and pet - free environments for that entire time. A while back, I had the raw book professionally cleaned and pressed by Avery Comic Pressing and then sent to CGC for grading and encapsulation. It came back a beautiful 9.4 (Near Mint) with OW pages. The one grader note was: "light stress lines to cover".

This copy also has two printer holes on the back cover that are not mentioned in the grader notes. They might be hard to see in the photographs because they are partially obscured by the edge of the case. They are on the back cover near the lower left corner. According to The Official CGC Guide to Grading Comics, this defect is often exhibited on copies of Amazing Spider-Man #121. The current CGC Census in the Universal catagory shows there are 380 copies graded 9.4 and 277 copies in higher grades out of a total of 6043 books graded.
